Service warranty

We work hard to offer you the best possible service and errors should not occur. Unfortunately it sometimes happens that we miss something, e.g. a small bolt or a shred in a tyre. If you find a fault in our work or if you are not happy with what we did, so tell it to us! We will try to fix it as quick as possible and if it can't be done right away we will give you a replacement bicycle for the time we need to fix yours. We are gratefull for your constructive criticism and feedback because it is the best way to improve our sevices.

Maintenance

No matter how difficult the repairing or what brand your bike is, we always repair it as soon as possible. During winter time it can take a bit less time than in spring or summer, but we always try to have small urgent mendings done within 24 hours.

Services and controls

You can choose between two kinds of service: a small or a big one. A small service is ideal to get your bicycle checked after the winter months and it includes: weel centering, setting up of brakes, shift and light, oiling of all moving parts and function control (70 Swiss francs excl. material). The big service includes all points of the small one but it goes further: we dismantle all components, clean and grease them before putting them back in place. We also replace all consumable parts and give you your bike back in an almost new state (200.- Swiss francs excl. material).

Renovation/assembly

Old bicycles were constructed to last for a long time and the timeless designs are trendy again. If you have an old road bike and would like to give it a city touch or found granny's bicycle in the cellar and think it could travel again we can help you. Through our experience in bike construction and renovation you can find an appropriate solution for a reasonable price for urban mobility. Do you want to go even further? Do you have your very personal bike in mind, a concept or an idea? No problem, we can help you realize it and support you from the beginning until the end to get you to your dream bicycle. Possibilities are (almost) unlimited...

Internal geared hubs

Gear hubs are very reliable in everyday use. You just get on your bike and ride, with no second thoughts. However, also modern gear hubs should be disassembled, controlled and greased once a year by a specialist to assure best functioning for a long time. With our expertise in this domain we can increase the life span of your gear hub and prevent troubles.

Replacement bicycles

Frequent bike riders wait with important maintenance works because they would be limited in their mobility. The consequences are higher costs for material and work. However, this is no longer a problem for our customers, than we provide replacement bicycles for the time we need to get your bike back in shape.
